Athletes must have a current physical on file prior to the first day and through the last day of their sports season. Senior high students should visit the nurse or trainers for the pre-screening before or after school or during lunch. They should not be leaving class to do so. Following the pre-screening students will bring a form home and a parent or guardian will need to complete the medical history and sign the form.  Students must bring the signed form with them to the physicals.  The physical will not be performed if the form is not filled out and signed. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to complete your child's physical on March 9. Thanks!
