Meal Management

Course Description: 

Meal Management includes the planning and preparation of meals, snacks, and entertainment foods that might be a part of any family life.  Nutrition for good health and weight control is studies as a basis for making food choices.  Planning a family food budget, selecting appropriate tableware, and determining different methods of serving foods are also covered.
