The Half Marathon/Long Distance Training class will be offered during the first semester of the year during first period. The goal of this class is to prepare each student both physically and mentally to finish a half-marathon. Periodic early morning runs may be required with this class. This class will count towards the P.E. requirement.
Students should be able to run 3 miles without stopping before class begins.
