Physical Education 10

Course Description:

Sophomore Physical Education will place an emphasis on physical fitness, team activities, and aquatics.  Each student will be exposed to the use of heart monitors to monitor fitness activities and use the tri-fit to assess fitness levels.  Students will begin to develop a fitness portfolio which will be used in physical education classes throughout their high school career.
