Weight Training will place an emphasis on physical fitness. The course is set up for the student to have the opportunity to develop and expand their weight training abilities. The class is designed to encourage students to work within a structured program. Students will continue to develop a fitness portfolio, which could be used throughout their high school career.

Safety is the key. You will be expected to use proper technique, spot your partners, and make sure everything is picked up in the weight room during and after lifting.
