Advanced Placement Physics
Course Description:
Advanced Placement Physics expands on the topics covered in Physics. Physics is recommended to be taken before AP Physics but is not necessary. The topics covered include Newtonian mechanics, fluid mechanics, and thermal physics, electricity and magnetism, waves and optics, and atomic /nuclear physics. This course provides essential background for those who plan to study science and engineering.
