FDCSD Announces Winter Concert Series

November 20, 2018, Fort Dodge, IA-  The Fort Dodge Community School District announces its 7-12 grade winter concert series.  All performances will take place at the Fort Dodge Middle School auditorium and are open to the public.

  • December 3: 7-8 Grade Band Winter Concert at 7 p.m.  Admission is $1 per person with a maximum charge of $3 per family.
  • December 4: 5-6 Grade Band Winter Concert with 5th grade at 6:30 p.m. followed by 6th grade at 7:30.  
  • December 6:  5-8 Grade Orchestra Winter Concert at 7 p.m. 
  • December 9:  FDSH Instrumental Winter Concert at 2 p.m.  Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students with a family maximum of $5.
  • December 11: 5-6 Grade Choir Winter Concert at 7 p.m.
  • December 13: FDSH Yuletide Choir Concert at 7 p.m.  Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students with a family maximum of $5.
  • December 18th: 7-8 Grade Choir Winter Concert at 7 p.m.  Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students with a family maximum of $5. 

“The students are excited to showcase their talents for their families and the community,” said Matt Drees, FDSH vocal instructor. “We hope community members come support our students and enjoy some outstanding music at one or several of these performances.”
