FDCSD Early Childhood Center Open House July 6

The Fort Dodge Community School District will host an open house for the new Early Childhood Center on Tuesday, July 6, from 4-6 p.m. This will be an opportunity for families and community members to see the new Early Childhood Center located at 104 South 17^th Street (main entrance faces south). The event will begin with a ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. followed by tours of the building.

“We are excited for the community to see the new Early Childhood Center,” said Dr. Derrick Joel, incoming Superintendent. “It was designed specifically with our littlest learners in mind and will be an incredible learning environment for students for years to come. We are proud that we were able to recommission the building into a school that will be filled with learning and laughter again.”

The Early Childhood Center will house all preschool, TK and kindergarten students beginning this fall. To register a student for preschool, TK or kindergarten visit the FDCSD Central Office at 109 North 25^th Street.
