Homecoming at the DMA's

October 3, 2011

The Dodgers have a week filled with homecoming festivities which center on the theme “Homecoming at the DMA’s.” The “DMA’s,” short for “Dodger Music Awards,” impersonates the famous Video Music Awards (VMA’s) produced annually by MTV.

The Senior High will hold their coronation assembly to crown their homecoming king and queen Friday at 1 p.m. at Senior High. The annual homecoming parade will follow at approximately 3 p.m. downtown Fort Dodge. The Dodger Football team will then take on Waukee at 7:30 p.m. at Dodger Stadium.

Senior High students and staff will show their homecoming enthusiasm all week through various “dress up days.” A schedule of the events is listed below.
