Second Round of P-EBT Cards for Families who Qualify for Free/Reduced Meals

The State is sending out a second round of the P-EBT card to families who qualify for free or reduced price meals. In order to receive this benefit a free and reduced application must be on file and the student must attend an eligible school and meet the eligibility student requirements.

If you already filled out a meal application for this school year, no further action is required at this time. If you have not completed the meal application please do so at this time. Applications can be submitted at any time and may be found year round at the Central Office or on the school website www.fdschools.org under Departments – Food Service- Free/Reduced Meals. Completed applications may be returned to the Central Administration Office at 109 North 25th Street, Fort Dodge Iowa 50501.

Fort Dodge Community School District is currently providing meals under the USDA Summer Food Service Program which allows ALL students to receive free meals through the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
