Seniors- If your Naviance is not completed by tomorrow (Friday) morning, you will not be receiving your cap and gown until it gets completed. Check with your counselor if you have questions.

Seniors if you want a commencement order form they are available in the main office. Forms are due back May 31st.

There will be a football meeting Thursday May 24th during Dodgertime in the gym for all students interested in playing football next fall. If you are unable to attend please see Coach Miller prior to Thursday.

Anyone planning to participate on the girls swim team next year needs to attend an informational meeting Thursday, May 24th in the Student Center at 3:30pm.  Anyone that cannot make the meeting, please contact Coach Ashley Beaumont.

Parents'/Guardians' Rights Notification

Parents/Guardians in the FDCSD have the right to learn about the following qualifications of their child's teacher: state licensure requirements for the grade level and content areas taught, the current licensing status of your child's teacher, and baccalaureate/graduate certification/degree.  You may also request the qualifications of an instructional paraprofessional who serves you student in a Title I program or if your school operates a school-wide Title I program.

Parents/Guardians may request this information from the Human Resource Department by calling 515 574 5654 or sending a letter of request to the Human Resource Department, Administration Office, FDCSD, 104 South 17th Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa  50501.
