Attention Seniors: If you did not have professional senior pictures taken, a photographer will be taking pictures for the yearbook this Thursday and Friday during 8th hour in Room 9. Please get a pass from your teacher and stop down anytime during 8th hour. We want to make sure everyone is included in the yearbook this year.
Attention Seniors and Freshmen: If you are a senior and have a freshman sibling or you are a freshman with a senior sibling, please meet in the Student Center on Friday, January 11th at 12:35 (end of 5th hour) so the yearbook staff can take a group picture to be put in the 2018-19 yearbook.
If you are in need of extra help please consider attending Saturday school next Saturday, January 12th from 9-12. There will be teachers available to provide assistance and support.
Senior Pictures for the yearbook are due January 15th. Please either e-mail your picture to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring in to Mrs. Hartley in room 9.
The end of the semester is January 16th. We will be running a Finals schedule on January 15th (Periods 1-4) and 16th (Periods 5-8).
The SFM Foundation provides scholarships to students whose parents were killed or seriously injured in workplace Accidents while working for Minnesota or Iowa Employers. If this would apply to you please go to the website www.sfmfoundation.com for an application.
Citizens Community Credit Union is offered two scholarships in the amount of $2000 each to be awarded to students who are members of the Citizens Community Credit Union. IF interested go to the website of www.citzenscu.com for application and more info.
Webster County Soil and Water Conservation is partnering with local soil and water conservation districts to offer Scholarships for students. Students pursing programs of studying any field of conservation or agriculture qualifies for The Conservation Scholarship. Scholarships are now online at www.cdiowaorg.

Parents'/Guardians' Rights Notification
Parents/Guardians in the FDCSD have the right to learn about the following qualifications of their child's teacher: state licensure requirements for the grade level and content areas taught, the current licensing status of your child's teacher, and baccalaureate/graduate certification/degree. You may also request the qualifications of an instructional paraprofessional who serves you student in a Title I program or if your school operates a school-wide Title I program.
