Current NHS members and recent additions, please get your induction paperwork turned in to Mr. T in room 222 as soon as possible. You still must be inducted before you are full members.

The 2020 Event Training class will be hosting a Dodgeball Tournament on Friday March 13th from 6-8:30 p.m. Each team must consist of 8 players, but 9th and 10th members are allowed as substitutes. 8th-12th grade students and faculty are permitted to join any teams. Each player must bring a $5 entry fee. $1 Raffle tickets, $1 Spectator’s Tickets, and $5 Re-Entry tickets will be sold at the door. Bake Sale items will also be available. See Mr. Utley to turn in your team signup sheets which are due today, money which is due tomorrow, or if you have any other questions.

Parents'/Guardians' Rights Notification

Parents/Guardians in the FDCSD have the right to learn about the following qualifications of their child's teacher: state licensure requirements for the grade level and content areas taught, the current licensing status of your child's teacher, and baccalaureate/graduate certification/degree.  You may also request the qualifications of an instructional paraprofessional who serves you student in a Title I program or if your school operates a school-wide Title I program.

Parents/Guardians may request this information from the Human Resource Department by calling 515 574 5654 or sending a letter of request to the Human Resource Department, Administration Office, FDCSD, 104 South 17th Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa  50501.
