In Introduction to Culinary Arts, students explored the world of custards and learned just how sweet (and slightly dramatic) dessert can be.
Their assignment: make the perfect crème brûlée and torch the top like a true pastry chef. The result? Let’s just say this dessert was officially lit. 😎
